COACHING PROCESS

WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN?

At the beginning of each coaching coach and coachee get to know each other and clarify the expectations of the coachee with the possibilities of the coach. An important basis is the relationship of trust, which makes effective cooperation possible in the first place.

In a contract, the organizational framework conditions such as frequency, duration, costs and development goals are defined jointly and recorded in writing.

The following questions can serve orientation:

  • what is it about?

  • Who are the clients?

  • Are the coachees there voluntarily?

  • What about the willingness to be coached?

  • Which solution attempts have already been made? With what results?

  • Discuss confidentiality and impartiality.

  • Clarify previous knowledge about coaching and expand if necessary.

  • Discuss the open-mindedness of the coaching.

  • The responsibility and self-determination lies with the coachee.

Work and design phase

In this phase, the goals and problems of the customer are dealt with. The use of suitable coaching methods develops options for action and prepares the first concrete steps. The experience with these steps will be discussed in the next session.

At the end of each session, there will be time for a review and a look ahead.

Conclusion

At the end of the coaching process, when the issues are worked on, solutions found and goals achieved, it's time to say goodbye.

Evaluation

After coaching, the time of learning and change begins. In this phase it is possible to arrange small telephone units to accompany you.

However, the next coaching phase should be omitted for a few months. This is to avoid mental dependence.
