agile Basics

With our training, we want to reach all those who work with agile teams and those areas of the organization who believe that frameworks like "Scrum" or "Kanban" are not viable for them.

We often experience a discussion of frameworks rather than thinking about how the principles behind it can simplify our lives.

In addition, it is helpful for agile forms of organization to understand why and how product and project teams work with agile methods. We highlight the most important principles on which agile work is based and can be used in any context.

From self-organization to working in teams and projects. This creates an understanding of the agile way of working and facilitates dealing with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

The participants already implement the new knowledge interactively during training and develop new possibilities for use in everyday practice.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING THE TRAINING

  • Exchange and inspiration
  • Benefit of transparency
  • Prioritize (Stephen Covey)
  • Difference between iterative and incremental work
  • How can we make the right product / project as efficient as possible?
  • Self-organization in teams

THIS IS HOW WE WORK

The participants will contribute their experiences to the topic and can test them directly after short impulse lectures in subsequent training sessions.

We provide regular reflection sessions so you can best integrate what you have learned into everyday life in the ensuing time.

We work in small groups, plenary sessions and twos and deal with the principles behind the agile way of working.

IT IS NOT THE STRONGEST OR THE MOST INTELLIGENT WHO WILL SURVIVE BUT THOSE WHO CAN BEST MANAGE CHANGE.
