AGILE BASICS GOES REMOTE

In times of crisis, learning in community becomes difficult to impossible. For this reason and due to occasional requests, we have decided to transform our training into an interactive, lively and remote learning experience and offer it as free training.

more information

With our training we want to reach all people who work with agile teams and those areas of the organization who believe that frameworks like "Scrum" or "Kanban" are not feasible for them.

We often experience a discussion about frameworks instead of thinking about how the principles behind them can simplify our lives.
In addition, it is helpful for agile forms of organization when it becomes clear why and how product and project teams work with agile methods.

We highlight the most important principles on which agile work is based and which can be applied in any context. From self-organisation to working in teams and projects.

This helps to develop an understanding of agile working methods and facilitates the use of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

The participants apply the new knowledge interactively during the training and work out new possibilities for use in everyday practice.

PARTICIPANTS AND TRAINERS

We will probably train with two trainers and possibly with an assistant. The number of participants can vary from 12 to max. 18.

CONTRIBUTION

Our fee is calculated from our participant flat rate plus VAT.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE TRAINING

  • Exchange and inspiration
  • The benefits of transparency
  • Prioritize (Stephen Covey)
  • Difference between iterative and incremental work
  • How can we make the right product/project as efficient as possible?
  • Self organisation in teams

HERE'S HOW WE WORK

The participants bring in their experiences on the topic and after short impulse lectures they can directly test them in subsequent training units.

We offer regular units for reflection so that you can integrate what you have learned into your everyday life in the best possible way in the time that follows.

We work in small groups, plenary sessions and in twos and deal with the principles behind the agile approach.

SO WE WORK REMOTELY

Participants can also bring in their experiences on the topic in a remote setting and, after short impulse presentations, try them out directly in subsequent training units in breakout rooms.

We offer regular units for reflection so that you can integrate what you have learned into your everyday life in the best possible way in the time that follows.

We work with two-person and small group work and plenary sessions and deal with the principles behind the agile approach.
