With our training, we want to help them build a moderation team in your organization.

We often find that employees and executives complain that the meetings are inefficient and avoid personal meetings.

As a result, there is no common understanding on important issues and implementation of projects becomes difficult.

In an agile environment, it has been proven to be facilitated by moderators. A facilitator helps with a meeting by paying attention to the process and giving the participants space and structure to effectively use their meetings to achieve the desired outcome. It is often helpful if this role is taken over by a person who does not want to contribute anything in terms of content.

We would like to offer the budding presenters, in addition to the usual methods, tools that have proven themselves many times in the agile environment. These can be used in agile and non-agile teams and groups, helping to increase understanding and more efficient meetings.

TRAINING

The training lasts 4 working days and we like to offer these in one or two blocks.

We work on the first day from 9: 45-18 clock.

On the following days from 9-17 o'clock.

We are happy to find a breakdown together with you that you can easily integrate into your business operations.

LOCATION

As a rule, we offer in-house training, which takes place in rooms organized by the client, including catering if necessary.

We are probably training with two coaches and possibly with an assistant. The number of participants can be from 12 to max. 16 participants vary.

SEMINAR-CONTRIBUTION

Our fee is calculated from our participant's package plus VAT.

Wir bieten regelmäßige Einheiten zur Reflexion, damit Sie das gelernte in der darauffolgenden Zeit bestmöglich in Alltag integrieren können.

Wir arbeiten in Kleingruppen, Plenum und zu Zweit und erarbeiten uns Haltung und Tooling eines Moderators.
