living Feedback

With our training, we want to reach people who want to learn and test constructive feedback.

We encounter feedback everywhere in our working life.
We need feedback from our customers, our team members, other departments, the employee interview with our boss.

At the same time, I often experience insecurity about this topic in my work environment, which inhibits teams and their success.

With our training we would like to clarify the topic of feedback and try out a constructive handling of feedback with the help of Nonviolent Communication (M. Rosenberg).

TRAINING

The training consists of two working days.
The first day we work from 10-18 clock.
On the second day from 9-17 o'clock.

LOCATION

As a rule, we offer in-house training, which takes place in rooms organized by the client, including catering if necessary.

PARTICIPANTS AND TRAINERS

We are probably training with two coaches and possibly with an assistant. The number of participants can be from 12 to max. 16 participants vary.

SEMINAR-CONTRIBUTION

Our fee is calculated from our participant's package plus VAT.

THIS IS HOW WE WORK

The participants will contribute their experiences to the topic and can test them directly after short impulse lectures in subsequent training sessions.

We provide regular reflection sessions so you can best integrate what you have learned into everyday life in the ensuing time.

We work in small groups, plenary sessions and twos and deal with the principles behind the agile way of working.

Exceptionally detailed and very well-structured preparation of the workshop.

The material to accompany the practical tasks is clearly structured and lovingly designed. They were provided to take away and as a thought support.

In the workshop, a logbook was used, which continuously made it possible to relate to personally relevant situations.

There was a very positive, inviting mood. The course materials and the presentation were very modern and it made me curious. The training was loosened up by very descriptive role plays and has created a great atmosphere.
