Everywhere we live and work in groups. Family, circle of friends, club up to the colleagues and teams, with whom we work together daily.
Each group is subject to a group-dynamic process, which we go through again and again and which only at the end of the desired result allows: A constructive and highly effective coexistence and work.
We can neither accelerate this process nor skip any of the five phases. However, we can constructively accompany this process to help the groups mature into a workable team with little frustration.
The training includes a working day.
We work from 10-18 o'clock
As a rule, we offer in-house training, which takes place in rooms organized by the client, including catering if necessary.

PARTICIPANTS AND TRAINERS
We are probably training with two coaches. The number of participants can be from 12 to max. 16 participants vary.
Our fee is calculated from our participant's package plus VAT.

THIS IS HOW WE WORK
The participants will contribute their experiences to the topic and can test them directly after short impulse lectures in subsequent training sessions.
We provide regular reflection sessions so you can best integrate what you have learned into everyday life in the ensuing time.
We work in small groups, plenary sessions and twos and deal with the principles behind the agile way of working.
