Advanced Product Owner

Agile Living Movement is one of the first group coaching & mentoring programs in the world to be certified by the Scrum Alliance for their "Path to CSP" program. You can experience the program fully on-the-job and online-live.

Agile Living Movement supports the Path to CSP program in the form of coaching and mentoring to become an Advanced Product Owner (A-CSPO) and Professional Product Owner (CSP-PO).

Further offers of the Scrum Alliance help with the development to Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC).


On the journey to the A-CSPO, you will work on the learning objectives of the Scrum Alliance over 20 weeks, self-organized in a stable group with 4-8 peers.

Bettina Ruggeri (CTC & Path2CSPEducator) and and another agile coach will accompany you on this journey with live coaching and 1:1 mentoring.

The strength of the program lies in collaborative learning over time in a stable group. Participants learn with and from each other, which deepens and expands the content in a sustainable way.

The transfer into the daily work routine is reflected together from the beginning and accompanied over 20 weeks, so that the effectiveness in your work becomes visible from the beginning.

In contrast to training and video courses, you can build relationships with your colleagues and coaches who can guide, support and encourage you for at least 20 weeks.

Agile Living Movement and all programs like A-CSM, A-CSPO, CSP-SM and CSP-PO can be done live and remote and are NOT affected by the current developments around Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and can take place.

These difficult times also offer opportunities: in a remote setting we offer many possibilities and examples of remote collaboration in teams. This supports with additional know-how for the coming months.

The Agile Living Movement A-CSPO can start if at least 4 participants can be found who are willing to walk this path together.

They will work together and self-organized weekly on the learning objectives of the Scrum Alliance. Your results, experiences and experiments will be shared and reflected in the regular coaching sessions.

To consolidate your work, you will receive a student workbook in which you can document your learning journey and discuss it with your mentor.


This is the first value of the agile manifesto.

And that is why we offer supervision and coaching dojo in addition to the Scrum content. With impulses from Nonviolent Communication and Clean Language, you will receive tools and practices to sustainably develop your personal growth and that of your company.

We offer a total of 18 hours of live online sessions for the group and five 1:1 mentoring sessions for each participant. In addition, you'll spend at least 2 hours each week working with your peers to discuss what you've learned and share your experiences.

Your invested time amounts to at least 64 hours of collaborative learning, reflection, and mentoring.


We speak German, English and Bavarian.
In mixed groups, we will speak English during the group coaching sessions.
In the 1:1 mentoring sessions, we will speak the language you feel comfortable with.


We work with Zoom, Miro and the Agile Living Movement Slack community. With this, we expand the know-how around facilitation in a remote environment, for working with small and large groups.


You can participate if a suitable group is formed and you confirm your participation in writing.
After payment of the invoice your place is bindingly booked.


To participate in Agile Living Movement A-CSPO, you need a valid CSPO certificate and at least 2 years of work experience by the end of the program. For more information, click here.

Unlike training and video courses, you can build relationships with your peers and coaches who will guide, support and encourage you for at least 20 weeks. We benefit from the expertise of all participants.


In addition to the coaching sessions with your learning group, you will have 1:1 mentoring with one of the coaches throughout the learning journey. This is about reflection, support with the learning content and the challenges in daily activities.


We offer supervision and coaching dojo. With impulses from Nonviolent Communication, Clean Language you will receive tools and practices to deepen your personal growth and develop that of your company in a sustainable way.



We start with a joint kickoff.
One coaching session and one 1:1 mentoring session take place each month.
You work with your peers for at least 2 hours each week.
We do supervision and coaching dojo.
We do a retrospective - to shape your perfect learning journey.
In your final mentoring session, we reflect on your journey using your Student Workbook.


Together with your peers, you will develop the Learning Objectives of the Scrum Alliance and the content you need for certification. Together with the coaches, you will reflect on the learning and the challenges you experience in your working life.
Working with the Students Workbook deepens the learning and reflection of the journey.
At the end, we can certify you as an A-CSPO from the Scrum Alliance.


Working as a Scrum Master is not always just about Scrum.
Dealing with colleagues, teams and interaction play a big role.
With Nonviolent Communication and Clean Language, Supervision and Coaching Dojo, you will receive impulses to make your interactions lively, authentic and effective.
They build bridges and promote cooperation in the company.


Bettina Ruggeri ist zertifizierter Team Coach (CTC) und Path-to-CSP Educator, Certified Scrum Professional und Certified Scrum Developer. Sie ist Systemischer Coach, Mediatorin, Team-Coach und Trainerin für Gewaltfreie Kommunikation mit mehr als 20-jähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung und besitzt mehr als 15 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von Scrum und agilen Methoden.

Sven Schnee works as an Agile Coach and is Certified Scrum Professional. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in software development and has more than 13 years of hands-on experience in using Agile frameworks and working practices. He has successfully guided teams and organizations on their journey to becoming agile organizations as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach using frameworks such as Scrum, LeSS and SAFe.

Peter Müller has studied computer science, is a Certified Scrum Professional, Personal and Team Coach. He has over 20 years of professional experience in IT and has been living Scrum and other agile practices for over 15 years. His big inspiration are Modern Agile principles because they are easy to understand and can be effective outside of IT. He firmly believes that work is more effective and fulfilling when it is fun.
