Our Values and Governance
In short, we are here to enable trusted movement (never stop a friend!) for the purpose of empowering our clients to increase agility in real world situations. To balance ourselves while doing this, we are governed by a system of values using Sociocracy 3.0:
- In our internal interactions, we enable progress within the ACA community by being transparent and harnessing trust over impeding actions.
- To cultivate a self-regulating community, we aspire towards balance by putting ACA values, experiments and tolerance before individual preference and certainty.
- In our external interactions, we are guided by agility as an enabler in the real world & empower clients over simply building awareness.
