[Agile Living Movement] Advanced Scrum Master

Agile Living Movement is one of the first group coaching & mentoring programmes in the world to be certified by the Scrum Alliance for their “Path to CSP” programme.

You can experience the programme completely part-time and online-live.

Agile Living Movement supports the “Path to CSPprogramme in the form of coaching and mentoring to become an Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM) and Professional Scrum Master (CSP-SM).

Further offers of the Scrum Alliance help in the development to become a Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC).

the A-CSM journey

On the A-CSM journey, you will work on the learning objectives of the Scrum Alliance for 20 weeks in a self-organised, stable group of 4-8 fellow travellers.

Bettina Ruggeri (CTC & Path2CSPEducator) and another Agile Coach accompany you on this journey with live coaching and 1:1 mentoring.

Agile Living Movement and all programmes like A-CSM, A-CSPO, CSP-SM and CSP-PO can be done live and remotely and are NOT affected by the current developments around Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and can take place.

These difficult times also offer opportunities: in a remote setting we offer many possibilities and examples of remote team collaboration. This supports with additional know-how for the coming months.

The strength of the programme lies in collaborative learning over a longer period of time in a stable group. You and your peers learn with and from each other, which deepens and expands the content in a sustainable way.

The transfer into everyday work is reflected on together from the beginning and accompanied over 20 weeks, making the effectiveness in your work visible from the start.

In contrast to training and video courses, you can build relationships with your colleagues and coaches who can guide, support and encourage you for at least 20 weeks.

The Agile Living Movement A-CSM can start if at least 4 participants can be found who are willing to walk this path together.

You will work together and self-organised weekly on the learning objectives of the Scrum Alliance. Your results, experiences and experiments will be shared and reflected in the regular coaching sessions.

To consolidate your work, you will receive a student workbook in which you can document your learning journey and discuss it with your mentor.

And that is why we offer supervision and coaching dojo in addition to the Scrum content. With impulses from Nonviolent Communication and Clean Language, you will receive tools and practices to sustainably develop your personal growth and that of your company.

We offer a total of 22 hours of live online sessions for the group and six 1:1 mentoring sessions for each participant. In addition, you’ll spend at least 2 hours each week working with your colleagues to discuss what you’ve learned and share your experiences.
In addition, we offer community wide weekly calls

Your invested time amounts to at least 68 hours of shared learning, reflection and mentoring.


We speak German and English.
In mixed groups we will speak English during the group coaching sessions.
In the 1:1 mentoring sessions we will speak the language you feel comfortable with.


We work with Zoom, Miro and the Slack community of Agile Living Movement. With this, we expand the know-how around facilitation in a remote environment, for working with small and large groups.


You can participate if a suitable group is formed and you confirm your participation in writing. After payment of the invoice, your place is bindingly booked.

To participate in Agile Living Movement A-CSM, you need a valid CSM certificate and at least one year of work experience by the end of the programme. You can find more information here.

In addition to the coaching sessions with your learning group, you will receive 1:1 mentoring with one of the coaches throughout the learning journey. This is about reflection, support with the learning content and the challenges in daily activities.

We start with a joint kick-off.

Scrum & Agile

Together with your peers, you develop the learning objectives of the Scrum Alliance and the content you need for certification. Together with the coaches, you reflect on the learning content and the challenges you experience in your working life.
Working with the student workbook deepens the learning and reflection of the journey.
At the end, we can certify you as an A-CSM from the Scrum Alliance.
