Responsible for content according to § 6 MDStV: Bettina Ruggeri

We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). To this end, we have taken technical and organisational measures to comply with the regulations on data protection. In the following, we would like to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing carried out by us.

In principle, you can also use our online services without disclosing your identity. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties.

You are basically entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. Please use the contact details provided on this page for this purpose.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Germany, this is the Federal Data Protection Commissioner (federal level) or the data protection authority in the respective federal state.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. If our correspondence leads to a business transaction, we are obliged to retain this data beyond this period as part of our duty to retain it.

We will not pass on this data without your consent.

When you access our servers, data is stored for security purposes that allow possible identification (for example IP address, date, time and pages viewed). There is no personal exploitation. These anonymous data records can be evaluated for statistical purposes. We use your personal information exclusively in the case of orders and enquiries and only within our company. We will not pass on this data to third parties without your express consent.

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to check that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only collected on a voluntary basis. We use these data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter registration form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data that you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you cancel the newsletter. Data that has been stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remains unaffected by this.

This website uses (soon) the services of MailChimp for sending newsletters. The provider is Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA

MailChimp is a service that can be used to organise and analyse the sending of newsletters. If you enter data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address), this data is stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA.

MailChimp has a certification according to the "EU-US-Privacy-Shield". The "Privacy-Shield" is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA, which aims to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.

MailChimp allows us to analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open an e-mail sent with MailChimp, a file contained in the e-mail (so-called web-beacon) connects to the servers of MailChimp in the USA. This way it can be determined whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on, if applicable. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
If you do not want to receive any analysis by MailChimp, you have to unsubscribe the newsletter. For this purpose we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. Furthermore you can unsubscribe the newsletter directly on the website.

The data processing is based on your consent (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you have deposited with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of MailChimp after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data, which were stored for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected.
You can find more details in the privacy policy of MailChimp at:

The provider of our website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

the time of the request,
the IP address of the requesting party,
the HTTP method and version used,
the called URL,
the HTTP response status,
the number of bytes delivered,
the referrer (this is the URL of the page that linked to the page you are visiting) and
the User-Agent (this is information about the browser and operating system used with version status)
These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources.

The original log files are stored for a maximum of five weeks on the server where they were created and then deleted from there. In the course of data backups, they may remain on backup servers for up to three months longer. We guarantee that the data stored there will be used exclusively for the purpose of recovery after a data loss.

We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

As a matter of principle, we do not provide information to third parties, including lawyers. Instead, we refer them to the responsible investigating authorities.

If, in the course of our processing, we disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties), transfer it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this is only done on the basis of a legal authorisation (e.g. if the data must be transferred to third parties, such as payment service providers, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO for the fulfilment of the contract), if you have given your consent, if a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using agents, web hosts, etc.).

If we commission third parties to process data on the basis of a so-called "contract processing agreement", this is done on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO.

Our online offer contains links to other websites. We have no influence on whether their operators comply with the data protection regulations.

Personal data collected by us will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. Blocking or deletion of data is also carried out when a storage period prescribed by the above-mentioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data in order to conclude or fulfil a contract.

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration from time to time so that it always meets the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when new services are introduced. The new data protection declaration then applies to your renewed visit.

If you have any questions, suggestions or comments on the subject of data protection, please contact us by e-mail at
