With our training we would like to support you in building a moderation team in your organisation.
We often experience employees and managers complaining that meetings are inefficient and avoid personal meetings.
The result is that there is no common understanding on important issues and the implementation of projects becomes difficult.
In an agile environment, it has proven to be a good idea to have meetings led by moderators. A moderator supports the course of a meeting by paying attention to the process and giving the participants space and structure so that they can use their meetings efficiently to achieve the desired result. It is often helpful if this role is taken over by a person who does not want to contribute anything in terms of content.
We offer the prospective facilitators tools that go beyond the usual methods and that have proven themselves many times over in an agile environment. They can use these tools in agile and non-agile teams and groups and thus contribute to greater understanding and more efficient meetings.
The training covers 4 working days as face-to-face or remote training and we are happy to offer this in one or two blocks.
We work on the first day from 9:45-18 hours.
On the following days from 9-17 o'clock.
We would also be happy to work with you to find a schedule that you can easily integrate into your business processes.
As a rule, we offer in-house training courses, which take place in rooms organised by the client, including catering if necessary.
We can arrange appointments on request.

Our fee is calculated from our participant flat rate plus value added tax.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE TRAINING
- Exchange and inspiration
- Moderation (role of the moderator, techniques, visual facilitation)
- Structure and organisation of a workshop (4 C model, retrospective)
- Tools for transparency (story mapping, impact mapping)
- Group dynamics & non-violent communication
- Training material that you can immediately use in your everyday work
- A network of like-minded people with whom you can exchange ideas afterwards
HOW WE WORK
The participants bring in their experiences on the topic and after short impulse lectures they can directly test them in subsequent training units.
We offer regular units for reflection so that you can integrate what you have learned into your everyday life in the best possible way in the time that follows.
We work in small groups, plenary sessions and in twos and develop the attitude and tooling of a moderator.
