With our training we want to reach people who want to learn and try out constructive feedback.
We encounter feedback everywhere in our working life.
We need feedback from our customers, from our team members, from other departments, from the appraisal interview with our boss.
At the same time, I often experience uncertainty in my working environment with this topic, which has an inhibiting effect on teams and their success.
With our training we would like to provide clarity on the subject of feedback and try out a constructive approach to feedback with the help of non-violent communication (M. Rosenberg).
The training includes two working days for a face-to-face training and 3 days for the remote version
The first day we work from 10-18 o'clock.
On the second day from 9-17 o'clock.
As a rule, we offer in-house training courses, which take place in rooms organised by the client, including catering if necessary.
For remote trainings we use Zoom and Miro
We can arrange appointments on request.

PARTICIPANTS AND TRAINERS
We will probably train with two trainers and possibly with an assistant. The number of participants can vary from 12 to a maximum of 18 participants for face-to-face training and 24 for remote training.
Our fee is calculated from our participant flat rate plus value added tax.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE TRAINING
- Exchange and inspiration
- Who has the problem? Feedback and sincerity
- Basics of non-violent communication
- Role plays & try out
- Extensive work material and exercise cards that you can use in your everyday life.
- Outlooks and information for further exercises that can support you after the training.
HOW WE WORK
The participants bring in their experiences on the topic and after short impulse lectures they can directly test them in subsequent training units.
We offer regular units for reflection so that you can integrate what you have learned into your everyday life in the best possible way in the time that follows.
We work in small groups, plenary sessions and in twos and deal with the principles behind the agile approach.
"THE CLEARER AND MORE NATURAL SOMETHING IS FOR US,
ALL THE MORE REASON FOR US TO ENSURE THAT THE WORDING IS PRECISE"
VOTES OF PARTICIPANTS
"The concept of 'living feedback' based on non-violent communication has already contributed to my well-being because I have been able to use it (in part) directly and actively in my private and professional context.
"Exceptionally detailed and very well structured preparation of the training.
"The working material to accompany the practical tasks is clearly structured and lovingly designed. They were provided to take away and as a reminder."
"A logbook was used in the training, which continuously accompanied the training and allowed to refer to personally relevant situations."
"There was a very positive, inviting basic atmosphere. The course materials and the presentation were very modern and it aroused curiosity. The training was loosened up by very descriptive role plays and provided a great atmosphere".
