Sven Schnee works as an Agile Coach and is a Certified Scrum Professional. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in software development and has more than 13 years of practical experience in the use of agile frameworks and working practices.
He has successfully guided teams and organisations on their journey to becoming agile organisations as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach using frameworks such as Scrum, LeSS and SAFe.

For him, the key to agile work is direct, empathic communication, with the right people, at the right time.

His concern is that teams and organisations make their customers happy by delivering the right products / projects in less time. This is a path he would like to accompany.

In his spare time, he keeps his family agile, can be found playing sports, going to the cinema or working on his electronic devices.
