Agile Facilitiation

"FACILITATION IS THE ART OF STIMULATING DEEPER UNDERSTANDING FRESH THINKING AND BEHAVIOURAL TRANSFORMATION"

With our training we would like to support you in building  up a facilitation team in your organisation.

We often experience that staff and managers complain that meetings are inefficient and avoid face-to-face meetings. As a result, there is no common understanding on important areas and it becomes difficult to implement projects.

All training sessions can be conducted both live and remotely.

In a remote setting, we offer many opportunities and examples of remote collaboration in teams. This supports with additional know-how for remote-first work.

In the agile environment, it has proven effective to have meetings led by facilitators. A facilitator supports the process of a meeting by paying attention to the process and giving the participants space and structure so that they can use their meetings efficiently to achieve the desired result. It is often helpful if this role is taken on by someone who has nothing to contribute in terms of content.

We offer the prospective facilitators tools that have proven themselves many times over in the agile environment, beyond the usual methods. They can use these in agile and non-agile teams and groups and thus contribute to more understanding and more efficient meetings.

this is how we work

In live training sessions, the participants contribute their experiences on the topic and can try them out directly after short impulse lectures in subsequent training units.

In remote settings, participants can also contribute their experiences on the topic and, after short impulse lectures, directly test them in subsequent training sessions in breakout rooms.

We offer regular reflection sessions so that you can integrate what you have learned into your everyday life in the best possible way.

We work in small groups, plenary sessions and in pairs and look at the principles behind the agile way of working.
